I just remembered these exentric classic designs by Piero Fornasetti (with Ponti on this desk here). He died 20 years ago but his son Barnaba is continuing with the design studios tradition since then.

Martin Holzapfel, furniture maker and interior designer trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich.

The Graphic Aware is the creative practice of designer and art director Andy Rouse and was set up to represents his considered and definite approach towards graphic communication. The business also promotes Andy’s graphic products, including his designer ceramic wall tiles Graphic Wall that can be found on the homepage.

Louise Campbell was born in Copenhagen in 1970. Being the daughter of a Danish father and an English mother, she grew up and was educated in both countries. After graduating from the London College of Furniture in 1992, she returned to Denmark and continued her studies in Industrial Design at Denmarks Design School, graduating from here in 1995. She set up her own studio in 1996, from where she has worked independently since.

Focus is on furniture and lighting design, but the studio is increasingly involved in product design and interior design projects as well.

Surface To Air is a creative studio/boutique operating in art, fashion and communication.

Troika is a multi-disciplinary art and design practice founded in 2003 by Conny Freyer, Eva Rucki and Sebastien Noel, who met while studying at the Royal College of Art.

Hanna Werning is a Swedish graphic/textile designer ++ working out of Stockholm. Her textile and pattern designs are spectacular, and I also dig a lot of her illustration work. She runs her own studio called Spring Street Studio.

Representing a number of Sweden’s most well-renowned and rewarded talents, LUNDLUND has successfully produced campaigns for a wide range of international brands.

Dior Homme head designer Hedi Slimane may not have Photographer written on his business card, but in my eyes he is one of the best. Besides his photo diary he puts tons of cool stuff on his own website. THIS is what I call multi-talented.
