Sister is a mailorder label based in Los Angeles, California. In the two short weeks the site has been up, there have been consistent releases that I’ve been alerted to through a well-tailored email newsletter I voluntarily signed up for. Maybe this has something to do with me going through Open Studios this past weekend, but I suggest you invest in the things Sister is selling. And if you say you don’t have paypal or you don’t like logo parodies then you’re either lying or retarded and you probably don’t have a TV on purpose and end up not understanding all the good jokes with non-creatives & intellectuals and oh god I can’t wait to get out of school sorry harsh this is supposed to be about you not me

Still Light in Barcelona just opened and sell fashion, books, vintage magazines and more. They also organize occasional exhibitions, next up a show curated by Tony Cederteg with six photographers from Stockholm.
This Friday night is the closing party at the School of Art at Yale for the Graphic Design Thesis Exhibition. The show’s been up all week, and it’s been the most successful show ever, so I heard - not just within the department, or even around Yale, but we are talking ALL of New Haven’s shopping district (so meaning yeah even better than the fashion show put on next to the recently closed Cosi’s that happened the one Saturday afternoon I tried to take a nap). Want to hear what first-year Vance has to say? “visual… lil’ cold… Merrrr. can i do it later?” Want to hear what pre-lim Keri is saying? “its videos so your grubby fingers don’t get all over the books.” & when asked to follow up: “i’m busy.”
The show is up now but is coming down the day after the party. There’s just a little time. Come see it.

Sac Magique is an artist from the Great Britain who has been living in Finland for the last 4 years. He uses predominantly gouache and rubber stamp printing techniques to create images which are populated with beasts and animals both real and imagined. Humour is especially important in his work. He finds inspiration in colours, textures, the animal kingdom and idiotic human behaviour.
Apart from creating illustrations, he also hand prints postcards, posters, T-shirts and the odd wedding invite or two.
